Common House is a space with multiple possibilities that aims to connect local communities, projects and ideas. The 130 sqm space is located on the 1st floor of Vila Cihoschi, a historical monument from ‘34, right in the heart of Piața Spaniei in Bucharest. The house is made of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen and one cozy terrace.

The house can be rented for all kinds of experiences and purposes such as private dinners, workshops, corporate events, product launches, movie nights, shootings & more.
